Adam Legzdins’ and Tomasz Kuszczak both produced top-quality saves and earned their respective clean sheets as Derby County and Brighton and Hove Albion drew 0-0. The result means Derby have taken five points from a tough three games and have only lost once in their last five.
Though the final result may have been goalless, there were chances for both teams to take the spoils, with John Brayford and Andrea Orlandi going closest for either side. Derby were without number one goalkeeper Frank Fielding due to a groin injury so Legzdins made his first appearance for the side since the final game of last season against Peterborough United, whilst James O’Connor filled in at left-back for the stricken Gareth Roberts.
